Are these vouchers genuine?
Yes. Vouchers are sourced through authorised distribution for each certification body and redeem on the vendor's own scheduling portal. If a code ever fails to redeem, we replace it or refund you in full.
How quickly will I get my code?
Most orders are delivered within a few hours of payment clearing. Every order is guaranteed within 24 hours, and we refund in full if we miss that window.
How long is a voucher valid?
Validity is typically 6 to 12 months from issue and is shown on each product page before you buy. You must sit the exam before the expiry date; extensions are not possible once issued.
Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Enter your company name and GSTIN at checkout and a compliant tax invoice is emailed with your voucher code.
What if I need to reschedule my exam?
Rescheduling is handled on the certification body's portal under their own policy, usually free until 48 hours before the slot. The voucher stays valid as long as you sit the exam before its expiry.
Can I cancel or refund a voucher?
Unissued vouchers can be cancelled for a full refund. Once a code has been emailed to you it is treated as consumed and cannot be refunded, in line with vendor policy.
