Order and delivery
Track any order from the Track order page using your order number and checkout email. Codes are emailed within 24 hours of payment; check spam before contacting us.
Redeeming your voucher
Sign in to the certification body's scheduling portal, choose your exam, and enter the code at the payment step. Redemption instructions specific to your provider are included in the delivery email.
Invoices and GST
Tax invoices are attached to the delivery email. If you forgot to add a GSTIN at checkout, write to us within 48 hours and we will reissue the invoice.
Refunds
Unissued vouchers are fully refundable. Refunds reach the original payment method in 3 to 5 working days. See the refund policy for the full terms.
